Overview
Adventure is a travel companion app that helps you track trips, save memories, and explore destinations. Your privacy is important to us. Adventure is designed to keep your data on your device.
Data Storage
All your data is stored locally on your device. This includes:
- Travel history — countries visited, trips, and memories
- Photos — references to photos you select from your library
- Profile information — username and avatar you configure
- Location data — coordinates associated with your trips and memories
Adventure does not use cloud sync, external databases, or user accounts. Your data never leaves your device except as described below.
External Services
Adventure uses one external service:
- Unsplash — to fetch photos for cities and countries displayed in the app. These requests include city and country names sent to the Unsplash API. No personal data is included in these requests.
Device Permissions
Adventure may request the following permissions:
- Location (When In Use) — to show your position on the map and associate locations with trips and memories. Location data is stored locally and never transmitted to external servers.
- Photo Library (Read/Write) — to let you attach photos to memories and save share cards to your library. Adventure only accesses photos you explicitly select.
You can revoke these permissions at any time in your device's Settings app.
Analytics and Tracking
Adventure does not collect analytics, usage data, crash reports, or telemetry of any kind. There are no third-party tracking SDKs, advertising frameworks, or data brokers integrated into the app.
Data Sharing
Adventure does not share, sell, or transmit your personal data to any third party.
Data Deletion
Since all data is stored on your device, you can delete it at any time by removing the app. There is no server-side data to request deletion of.
Children's Privacy
Adventure does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app does not require an account or collect personal information beyond what you voluntarily enter on your device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the Last updated date above.
