Work With Me

LLM bootcamp + design sprint

Morning: learn how LLMs actually behave. Afternoon: apply it to your product with the people who will build it.

Typically a full day. Remote or onsite. Best for cross-functional teams working on the same product surface.

Choose this when

What the day is for

By fluency, I mean the team understands what LLMs are good at, where they fail, and how those limits affect product, design, and engineering choices.

This format works best when the team already has a concrete workflow, audience, or product surface in mind. The goal is not abstract AI education. The goal is to help product, design, and engineering make better decisions together and leave with prototype directions worth testing.

How the day runs

  1. Morning bootcamp on capabilities, failure modes, evaluation, and the product patterns that actually survive production
  2. Midday framing of the target workflow, user, and what success should look like
  3. Afternoon sprint to generate concepts, cut weak ideas, and prototype the strongest directions
  4. Review feasibility, evaluation, risks, and next experiments

What the team leaves with

Prep that makes it effective

This is not the right format if

Need the team aligned enough to build, not just talk?
